By creating an account, accessing, or using SimpliRoll (the website at simpliroll.com and the check-in/attendance product itself), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are agreeing on behalf of a center, organization, or business, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

SimpliRoll is a QR-badge check-in and check-out platform for tutoring centers, childcare and daycare centers, and similar organizations, offered on Lite (free), Basic, and Pro plans described on our pricing page. Feature availability and any fees for a given plan are as described on simpliroll.com at the time you sign up, and may change with reasonable notice for future billing periods.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to create a SimpliRoll admin account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away at the contact below if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may sign in using an email and password, or using "Sign in with Google" where we offer it. If you use Google Sign-In, see Section 10 below.

You (or the center you represent) own the student, staff, guardian, and attendance data you enter into SimpliRoll. We process it on your behalf to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the appropriate legal basis and, where children’s data is involved, appropriate parental consent, to enter that information into SimpliRoll -- SimpliRoll is a processor of that data, not the party responsible for obtaining consent from the families you serve.

You agree not to enter more personal information into SimpliRoll than a feature actually needs, and not to use SimpliRoll to collect or store information unrelated to attendance, check-in/out, or the other features it offers.

Don’t use SimpliRoll to violate any law, infringe anyone’s rights, or interfere with the security or normal operation of the service. Don’t attempt to access another center’s data, reverse-engineer the product beyond what’s legally permitted, or use automated tools to scrape or overload the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

The Lite plan is free, with the limits described on our pricing page. Paid plans (Basic, Pro) are billed as described at signup or by separate arrangement with our sales team; fees are stated in U.S. dollars unless noted otherwise. You can cancel a paid plan at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period, and we don’t provide partial-period refunds except where required by law.

We work to keep SimpliRoll available and reliable, including weekly backups and audit-ready record retention, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We’ll give notice of planned maintenance where practical.

SimpliRoll, its logo, and the product itself are our property or licensed to us. These terms don’t grant you any rights to our trademarks, branding, or underlying software beyond what’s needed to use the service as intended. You retain all rights to the data you enter, as described in Section 4.

SimpliRoll is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind beyond what applicable law requires. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SimpliRoll is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

If you choose to create or access your SimpliRoll account using "Sign in with Google," Google will share your name, email address, and profile photo with us so we can create and authenticate your admin account. We use this information solely for that purpose -- to identify you and associate your account with your center -- and never for advertising or any purpose unrelated to operating SimpliRoll.

SimpliRoll’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Using Google Sign-In is also subject to Google’s own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which govern Google’s handling of your Google Account separately from this agreement.

You may stop using SimpliRoll and close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates Section 5, or as needed to protect the security or integrity of the service, and will give notice where practical. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 4, 8, 9, and 10) continue to apply.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date below reflects the most recent version. Continuing to use SimpliRoll after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, unless applicable law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
